Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end social strategy for multiple brand accounts.
Create content calendars, brief creatives, and schedule posts across all major platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, influencer, strategy) to align brand messaging.
Track analytics, report performance, and continuously optimize for growth and engagement.
Jump on trends fast, identify viral moments, and know when to post… and when not to.
Engage with communities, reply to comments, and keep the vibe alive.
Requirements
3+ years managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Excellent English writing skills with a sharp, adaptable tone of voice.
Experience using tools like Later, Hootsuite, Sprout, or similar.
Comfortable working with analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Creative thinker who understands what makes content shareable and savable.
Super organized, independent, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to Have
Experience in influencer marketing or working with creators.
Graphic/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
Familiarity with paid social (boosting, dark posts, targeting).
Knowledge of social strategy for B2B or SaaS brands.
